This page is maintained by the Earnly team to explain what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account info: your email, and a display name if you set one.
• Onboarding answers: your goals, skills, interests, time, and budget — used to personalize AI output.
• Product usage: tools you run, goals you save, and chat threads you create.
• Billing: subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.

How we use it

• Personalize the tools you use (plans, coach, freelance output).
• Deliver features you asked for (streaks, XP, saved goals).
• Improve the product and fix bugs.
• Communicate about your account and important changes.

AI providers

Prompts you send to our AI tools are processed by large language model providers we partner with (via the Lovable AI Gateway). We don't sell your inputs. Providers may retain requests briefly for abuse prevention per their terms.

Who we share with

Only the vendors that make the product run — hosting, database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI providers. We don't sell your personal data. Ever.

Your controls

• Edit your preferences anytime from your profile.
• Delete your account and associated data by emailing us.
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. No third-party ad trackers.

Kids

Earnly is designed for young builders. If you're under the age of majority in your country, please use Earnly with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
