This page is maintained by the Earnly team to explain the rules for using our product. Using Earnly means you agree to what's below.
1. Who we are
Earnly is an AI-powered coaching and planning product for young builders. We help you explore side hustles, sketch business plans, and practice freelance work through personalized AI tools.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Earnly. You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. If you're under the age of majority in your country, use Earnly with a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Plans & billing
Earnly offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of your paid period. Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-recurring. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email us within 7 days of purchase.
4. AI output
Our tools generate content using large language models. Output is a starting point, not professional financial, legal, or business advice. Verify anything important before acting on it. You own what you create with Earnly, subject to the underlying model providers' terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Earnly to break the law, harm other people, generate spam or fraud material, impersonate someone, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep Earnly up and useful, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Earnly is provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as Earnly grows. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Earnly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
